Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  • Final sale items

  • Affiliate or third-party fulfilled items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Item is returned in original packaging

  • All hardware, manuals, and accessories are included

Items that show signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification will not qualify for a refund.

All returns must be approved in advance.

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without approval will be refused.


🚚 Return Shipping

MantisCore will issue the official return shipping label once the return is approved.

Customers may not use their own return label unless authorized in writing.

Refunds are NOT issued until the item is physically received and inspected by our team.

If the returned item is found to be:

  • Used or installed

  • Damaged

  • Missing parts

  • Not in original condition

The return will be denied and no refund will be issued.

As you know we have collective items which means that they are not shipped by me. If i want to refund or return u order u are to contact us and we will give you the contact of the person who is responsible for shipping your order

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, and repackaging costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
