We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Prices, product availability, and specifications may change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for:

📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all hardware and accessories

  • Be in resellable condition

Approval Required

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Email: [your email]

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return Shipping

MantisCore will provide the official return label after approval.

Customers may not use their own return label unless authorized.

Inspection Policy

Refunds will NOT be issued until the item is received and inspected.

If the item is:

  • Used

  • Installed

  • Damaged

  • Missing parts

The return will be denied and no refund will be issued.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components

  • Affiliate / third-party fulfilled items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Final sale items

🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

MantisCore is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Risk of loss transfers to the carrier once the package leaves our facility.

🛠 WARRANTY POLICY

MantisCore products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Abuse or misuse

  • Crash damage

  • Electrical damage due to improper wiring

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos.

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or deny claims at our discretion.

Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

For these items:

  • Shipping times may vary

  • Packaging may differ

💳 CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

By placing an order, you agree to all posted policies.

Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution may be disputed with:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Inspection documentation

  • Policy agreement records

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent banning from future purchases.
