Because many Mantiscore products are aftermarket, specialty, or supplier-fulfilled components, availability and specifications may change.

Product images are provided for reference. Minor differences in color, finish, packaging, or appearance may occur.

Fitment & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming that a product is compatible with their bike, model, year, configuration, and existing components before installation.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact Mantiscore before placing your order.

Some aftermarket products may require additional hardware, compatible components, modification, adjustment, or professional installation. Any known requirements stated on the applicable product page should be reviewed before purchase.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Mantiscore reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Pricing or listing errors
• Inventory discrepancies
• Product availability issues
• Shipping restrictions
• Violation of our policies

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Mantiscore may cancel the affected order and issue a refund rather than fulfill the order at the erroneous price.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Processing and delivery times vary by product.

Some products may be pre-order, special-order, made-to-order, or fulfilled directly by a third-party supplier or partner warehouse.

When a product page specifies a processing or lead time, that product-specific timeframe takes priority over general shipping estimates.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, deadlines, and procedures stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before purchasing, particularly when ordering electrical components, special-order products, custom products, or supplier-fulfilled items.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Third-Party & Supplier-Fulfilled Products

Certain products available through Mantiscore may be supplied or fulfilled by third-party partners, including suppliers connected through Shopify Collective.

• Manufacturer warranty terms

Mantiscore will provide reasonable customer support for orders placed through Mantiscore.us, including supplier-fulfilled orders.

Installation & Product Use

Mantiscore sells aftermarket e-moto parts and accessories. Some products can affect braking, handling, electrical systems, controls, or other important vehicle functions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed correctly and used appropriately.

Where appropriate, installation by a qualified technician is recommended.

Mantiscore is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, neglect, accidents, racing, crashes, incorrect wiring, incompatible components, or failure to follow applicable installation instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Off-Road & Regulatory Compliance

Certain aftermarket products may be intended primarily for off-road, closed-course, or competition use.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether installation or use of a particular product is lawful for their vehicle and location.

Product availability on Mantiscore.us does not represent a guarantee that a product is legal for every road, jurisdiction, or application.

Warranty

Products covered by a Mantiscore warranty are subject to the terms stated in our Warranty Policy.

Warranty coverage generally applies to qualifying manufacturing defects and does not cover ordinary wear, improper installation, misuse, crashes, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by incompatible components.

Supplier or manufacturer warranties may apply to certain third-party products.

Fraud & Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact Mantiscore so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, Mantiscore may provide relevant transaction records to the payment provider or financial institution, including order information, tracking and delivery records, communications, applicable policies, and other documentation related to the transaction.

Fraudulent activity or abuse of our services may result in cancellation of orders or restriction of future purchases.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legitimately disputed transaction.

Intellectual Property

The Mantiscore name, branding, logos, website design, original photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Mantiscore unless otherwise stated.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially used without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
