Some products listed on MantisCore.us are Collective or third-party fulfilled items, meaning they are shipped directly from a partner warehouse or supplier.

For these items:

  • Packaging may differ from MantisCore-branded shipments

MantisCore does not control carrier selection or warehouse processing times for collective items.

By purchasing collective or third-party items, you acknowledge that fulfillment and delivery timelines may differ from standard orders.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

If your tracking number shows β€œDelivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

MantisCore is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered.
